1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled:

Once an order is prepared or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be provided for:

- •Damaged products
- •Failed deliveries
- •Missing items
Refund approval is subject to verification by VEKAMART.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be issued for:
- •Customer unavailable during delivery
- •Incorrect address provided
- •Delays caused by external factors
- •Change of mind after dispatch
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds may take:
- •5–10 business days
depending on payment provider processing timelines.
