A marketplace, not a fulfilment contract
VekaMart is a consumer marketplace. Customers come to browse and buy, and your brand is one of the brands they find. Delivery is attached to the order we bring you — it is not a service you plug your own channels into.
We do not operate dark stores and do not hold your inventory. Orders are picked up from your own location.
Your storefront
Every approved brand gets a storefront at its own URL, carrying your full catalogue, your store details and your hours. It is a page you can link from your Instagram bio or a WhatsApp broadcast, and it is indexed by search engines under your brand name.
Discovery inside the marketplace
Products surface across the homepage, category browsing, search, and more-from-this-brand placements. Ranking is driven by how customers actually respond — views, carts, orders and conversion — with a launch boost so a new brand is not invisible on day one.
Fulfilment in Coimbatore
Eligible Coimbatore orders are delivered by VekaBolt, VekaMart’s own delivery operation: a rider is dispatched automatically, collects from you, and delivers to the customer with tracking and proof of delivery. Same-Day targets 2–3 hours from the customer’s order; Next-Day covers the rest.
Orders outside the Coimbatore service area ship by courier as Scheduled delivery.
Delivery, and the part you fund
Customers pay a distance-based delivery charge set by VekaMart. You decide, per distance band, the basket value at which you would rather fund delivery yourself — and nothing is promised on a band you leave blank.
