Same-Day and Next-Day
Inside the Coimbatore service area, VekaMart runs one delivery service in two speeds. Same-Day reaches you on the day you order, when the store is open and you order before its cut-off. Next-Day reaches you the following day and is available for longer each day.
On eligible Same-Day orders we aim to deliver within 2–3 hours of the order being placed. That clock starts when you order, not when a rider accepts the job.
What decides whether Same-Day is available
Same-Day is offered only when every one of these holds. If any of them does not, the order is still accepted — as Next-Day or Scheduled — rather than promised and missed.
- The brand offers Same-Day from their store.
- The product is set up for Same-Day dispatch.
- The store is within its operating hours and before its daily cut-off.
- Your address is inside the store’s delivery distance.
- There is delivery capacity left for the day.
- The time you order leaves enough of the day to deliver.
Delivery charges
Delivery is priced by the distance between the store and your address. VekaMart sets these charges; brands do not.

Same-Day adds a ₹15 priority charge on top of the distance charge. Scheduled courier orders are priced separately and shown at checkout.
When delivery is free
Each brand decides the basket value at which they will cover delivery for you, and they can set a different figure for each distance band. Reach it and the delivery charge becomes ₹0 — the brand funds it, not you. Brands that have not set a threshold simply charge the standard rate above.
Your cart shows the store’s threshold and how much more the basket needs, so you always know before you pay.
Outside Coimbatore
Orders beyond the Quick Coimbatore area ship by courier as Scheduled delivery, with an estimated 3–5 day arrival. You can track them from your orders.
Common questions
How fast is delivery in Coimbatore?
VekaMart targets delivery within 2–3 hours on eligible Quick Coimbatore Same-Day orders. It is a target, not a guarantee: availability depends on the store, whether the product is set up for Same-Day, the store's operating hours and cut-off, the distance to your address, delivery capacity on the day, and what time you order.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is priced by distance from the store to your address: ₹60 for 0–4 km, ₹90 for 4–8 km, ₹120 for 8–12 km, ₹160 for 12–16 km, ₹200 for 16–20 km. Same-Day delivery adds a ₹15 priority charge. VekaMart sets these charges, not the seller.
Can delivery be free?
Yes, when the store you are ordering from offers it. Each brand chooses a minimum order value per distance band, and when your basket for that store reaches it, the delivery charge is waived and the brand covers it. Brands that have not set a threshold charge the standard delivery rate.
Do you deliver outside Coimbatore?
Yes. Orders outside the Quick Coimbatore area are sent by courier as Scheduled delivery, with an estimated 3–5 day arrival. Same-Day and Next-Day apply only inside the Coimbatore service area.
Who delivers my order?
Quick Coimbatore orders are delivered by VekaBolt, VekaMart's own Coimbatore delivery operation. A rider is assigned automatically, picks up from the store, and delivers to your address. Scheduled orders are handed to a courier partner.
